RBSM has a bad Track Record....they do Audits for a slew of Pink Sheet Companies.

About a Year ago it was posted on this Board that another Pink sheet company fired them as well.

Right in the middle of an Audit also!

The FU19 Audit Ain't Gonna Get Done By 6/30/20

No way, no how. It took an average of 19 mos. from start to filing date for FY16, FY17, and FY18. An average of 16 months if you take out FY16.

So, Even though Roger the Dodger says that everything is in place to get audits done in a jiffy.....the actual outcome is that they're not completed in a jiffy.

FUNN hasn't even hired an auditor yet. So, FU19 audit hasn't even started.

FUNN is basically saying FU to minority SH and market.

RBSM works for NASDAQ companies. Roger can't produce actual #'s to audit. Why is there a audit company not working on the 19 audit? Cause Roger is a idiot imo.
