Just what we need - some "expert" from Morgan Stanley making predictions. Everyone needs to be heard about their analysis.

Words like "likely" and "his new forecast" "potentially" blah blah blah. If we've learned nothing it's that we really can't predict with any degree of accuracy what will happen. We can only plan for worse case.
