There is no “approved and released” when someone puts something on Edgar. It is instantly posted.

This is a pump and dump scam being run on a dead company.

The SEC doesn't verify the Edgar filings from a Form 15 company - many OTCM scams do this for pumping purposes only.

AVVH filed a Form 15 in 2009 and they are revoked in Nevada - they ceased trading in 2009 with the BCSC.

The promoters hijacked a dead ticker and pumped it with 3 fraudulent 8-Ks - and investors don't know who the President is - post the Bio of Stephanie Willet.
