SMART MONEY, here with AVVH...

I can't speak for anyone else, but I have not been in contact with anyone regarding AVVH. Someone I know saw the first 8-K hit and called me to tell me to take a look. Yes, I know it's high risk, but I made the decision to take the risk. Then 2 more 8-Ks late hit.

From some stocks that I know of in the past that were dormant for a long time and had filed some 8-Ks, I had learned that the SEC verified that those 8-Ks were coming from a legitimate company source before being approved to be released.

At this point, it's a roll of the dice. If I get more time, I might do a little more digging to see if I need to average down, but for now... I'm willing to sit tight to see what will further materialize.
