Hell many of them also work for companies and get payroll checks from the companies they work for and get taxes deducted as well as SS

How does that work? I know they aren't supposed to hire undocumented workers - (and I know the do) but have they got fake ID#s?

Yep! And as far as the undocumented workers go the system ends up with a lot of false information....

Then the next gig
Guys set up a business
As a Subcontractor get their
Checks after each job, cash it
Pay their guys in cash and at the
end of the year or when ever
set up another business

Not so unlike shells that the scammers
Use on these penny scams to hide notes etc.

The home companies are protected and legal
Once they tried and failed to reform the system
But, for some reason it failed... It's very Lucrate
To use undocumented people
