Yes they would. In Spain, hospitals have to communicate publically any change of protocol. Also what you are saying doesn't make sense. Its better to communicate the delay/postponing of all (not just PDD Anavex) trails on the websites then to call 1000's of participating patients (not just PDD Anavex).
