When I had the opportunity to speak with Roger Pawson a few weeks back at the time the SEC requested more information, he indicated that it would take some time to get the information submitted to them. He also indicated that the company would not be going to the pinks. Also, Roger indicated lots of great things coming in the next few months and I look for details to come soon so we will all know specifics about these great initiatives.
So at this point, I'm holding "VALUABLE" shares at a loss.
