Anavex 2-73's MOA is restoration of cellular homeostasis.

In the end, I expect that we will find that the medications are at the root of it all. The medications that are prescribed tamper with the immune system and cellular level functions in order to suppress symptoms.

A good example is Humira which trashes your immune system to treat rheumatoid arthritis. The RA itself could be a side effect of a flouroquinolone that was given to you to fight a routine urinary tract infection or a sinus infection.

This is also why they are "not being clear" on those health issues.

From what I've studied, it is likely that Anavex 2-73 will help ameliorate the damage done by the other drugs regardless of location in the body.

AVXL best bet is PDD as enrollment was completed in Jan. However Spain is badly impacted and not sure how it will impacted 14 week reading for last batch patients. If that cannot happen the trial results will be delayed.

I have gone over 8 different hospital websites where the PDD trial are being held, for example http://www.santpau.cat/en/web/public/home/-/journal_content/56/125011/688415

Not one stated they have postponed any medical trial. Im going to call the one in Barcelona on Monday..

I hope the results for PDD are delayed. That would actually be fantastically fortunate the Anavex investors. The timing might be such that good news is released just as the overall Market is back to a full bull roar. But I don't think they will be delayed. One can only hope, as what will be will be no matter how we speak of it or analyse it.
