That same PR, they said they were going to submit for approval of their "branded" machine, but had no such approval as of November. That's what they "intend" to do, and if you look through the wares on their website they're allegedly reselling, it is all that sort of thing.
They aren't making CPAP machines, this is a pump and dump.
