Not refuting you, but just saying that is a weird place that has copies of just about everything. For all we know it could be the mfg factory that is selling unlabelled items that didn't or won't pass inspection.

Maybe not in the case of CPAPs but how can this stuff be legally sold without serious threat of lawsuit if they were just selling unregulated black market Chinese products?
