bleen, bottom line is I don't know the reason for the company not knowing 8Ks and or current appraisals were required on each piece of property bought. Maybe the company needs to take another look at who is doing their accounting and why this problem occurred. This company is certainly no longer looked at as a mom and pop small town operation being over $100 mil in assets. When all is finalized, this can only make this a crystal clean operation from an accounting/filing standpoint.
