OTCMarkets is not a regulator, has no regulatory authority whatsoever, and does not allow an issuer to be labeled a “reporter” by using their disclosure service.
His lawyer gave him good advice and he is following it apparently.
But ONCE AGAIN you said:
“And any Corp Officers and Directors are still legally responsible to disclose insider transactions“
That is not correct. There is no LEGAL responsibility for them.
Is it a good idea for them to do so? Sure.
But it is not a legal requirement. I was merely pointing that fact out.
