Corporate Counsel has advised him to disclose/report his holdings. Since OTCMARKETS is the reporting entity they are playing it as close to it being a legal requirement as possible if it isn’t already.

Better to be safe than sorry and arguing the reasoning vs appreciating the professionalism and transparency is just silly.
