GDSI has no business. No employees. No office. The only product Delgado has to sell is shares. Delgado could be considered a dilutive scammer.
Delgado has his hands full right now with the possible arson of the SHMP and the investigation that could lead to criminal charges being brought against certain individuals.
I do not see him having much time to devote for this scam right now.
