Useful to consider some scale of treatment impact on PDD. This is about the science.

The only way we crash is with a complete failure of pdd that contradicts our science. If the data is promising, we move up. Even if a phase 3 is required, we move up. We get a real hint at what our Alz success could be and we move up.
As I recall we AVXL said 80% of PD patients follow some curve showing loss of cognitive abilities (memory, solving, etc.). Would like to see all pts respond with no measurable Cognition capabilities loss, but if not all then some num. We can see the trial criteria but that was written before we knew what to expect and since no cohort (we know of) has broken the curve then what will A2-73 PDD success look like? It's going to be some integration as in a new curve. This has never been done so we want to at least give some thought to what success might look like. I am thinking not 80% as measured by conventional methods and metrics but there has to be a better way.
We want to be in a position to define victory in a manner that will stick and demonstrate a clear win.
