You may be thinking about the Authorized Shares, which stand at 150m. That is what the Shareholder vote was all about -- increasing them from 50m to 150m, and was the first such request/authorization in the Company's 10 year history.

Just because shares are authorized does not mean they are (or ever will be) issued. That may have been where part of the confusion was coming from prior to and shortly after the Shareholder vote to increase them. You can read the release from that period to find out some of the reasons offered on why the increase was needed, both then and in the future.
