I got that same info through an email from my friend of a friend a couple of months ago who supposedly knows someone at ITKG personally. Don't know if any of that is true, him being a friend of ITKG that is.
Thanx for the reminder though, I appreciate it.
Some of the things/warnings I've learned about such things on Money 101 fit the ITKG profile but I surely don't have a full understanding of the many different implications of these kinds of stock re-issues, etc.
Hopefully between Money 101, ITKG board, etc. I will continue to be able to better asses for my own investing comfort.
