That is about it, Jimmy Joe. The actual numbers and the past history of this company aren't lying. This includes not only financials but also misleading but legally thereby carefully worded representations of the facts and future facts. The company has had one previously unknown hurdle after another for years. This is in addition to other so-called setbacks and excuses. It is utterly endless without respite. That would be okay as all bio companies take time and patience. However, it is the obvious deception tactics in published PRs, easily seen in retrospect as well as past comments from the executive themselves that sends a signal. Add that to the continuous changes, delays and added tests not previously mentioned. They are keeping everyone in the dark as to a future hurdle may be other than describing how very long the paperwork will be. Same story, different year (soon different decade).
