Who cares about the past...Facet is now preparing the IND...start looking ahead!

Plain and simple, any company that has been through as many setbacks as PMCB would have dumped the incompetent CEO a long time ago.
Same with the useless lawyer they have.
Look at the list of past CEOs that have been fired from real companies (HP) for example for not producing.
Unfortunately it is too late as nobody will touch this company anymore.
