Your response is understandable and rational. My first reaction was a flash of anger and I felt insulted, but then I quickly remembered how skeptical I was when there were other postings about email correspondence from Arrayit confirming that they had developed the Covid-19 test. My email to Mark was to corroborate those other emails. Whether or not this form of dissemination is appropriate may be subject to debate. For those of us who had become accustomed to bi-weekly press releases and multiple daily Tweets, any crumb of information from the company is valuable while they are operating under the SEC Form 15. Clearly I could have kept this information to myself and not confirmed the other email accounts. And I could have continued to accumulate shares at currently depressed prices. I fully expect a flurry of information from the company during the next eight weeks as they finally release their long-awaited financials. My initial expectation was that Arrayit would wait until the end of April so that they could not only report on their 10-K for 2019 but also a 10-Q for the first quarter of 2020. Given the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic, I believe that now presents a great window of opportunity to release their 10-Ks for 2018 and 2019 and then resume normal communications. The company has much to say.
