The 20% comment was based on their expected overall earnings on their energy fund. ERHC might get them "a jump" on their overall annual returns.
With the crew they put together....it is perhaps unmatched worldwide IMHO. However, if there strategy of co-investing with an oil company is there intentions here, much will likely be dependent on the oil co's management capabilities?
BTW, I like the fact that they have S. Abraham on the team. Thats about as good of a representative for the U.S. as it can get. He would obviously know US energy plans going forward.
