Balance, I would agree,that things clearly seem to be coming together. If this WB fund buys half of Offors position it would amount to approx. 22% of ERHC. If Offor's other shares are placed in a non-voting trust then I believe that it will be fairly easy for this group of oil business pros to illuminate the incredible value of our company without the risk of some backroom deal by Offor. WB and his fund are not investing in a deal because they think whatever they invest per share will increase by 20% over a couple of years. IMHO they know that this could be a homerun for them and Offor if it is managed properly. GLTY
