I feel for you. My Connecticut shore vacation rental property is in the same boat. So far I have one summer week booked. Usually by this time of year, the whole summer is booked.

Yes, unfortunately the Coronavirus fear/hype is running rampant right now. The markets (Nasdaq/S&P) are getting destroyed, halted again overnight and down another 5% premarket.

I personally think CV is blown completely out of proportion, the majority that are infected have minor symptoms. Just like the regular flu, those with chronic conditions (poor health) and the elderly are at more risk. But the market is not always rational so I expect the next 2-6 weeks to be rough before people realize it's not the end of the world.

I'm not expecting any announcements or progress during that time for ALRT, the healthcare sector is overwhelmed as is and travel/meetings are coming to a screeching halt.

Hang in there, when this passes I anticipate more good news from ALRT.

In Italy all bars and restaurants are closed now I have heard. We here in Austria have limitations on all fronts. no theater, no cinema, no congresses, no meetings inside with more than 100 people (included restaurants and bars), schools and universities are closed. the social life does not exist anymore.

I was in the supermarket today to buy water and some other things and I have not seen such empty shelves since I left Venezuela 2011. I got the last 5 six-pack mineral water.. amazing what such a little tinny virus can do to our planet and economy.
