Your right on the money, thats the way to go . When I say right on the money hopefully it will be ALRT
Since we're not likely to make much if any money here might as well have a little fun in the meantime. Time is short for me, and I plan to spend as much as possible of it being amused and all of it always never feeling bad. Enjoy yourselves boys and girls, you're never going to get another chance at this life. Cheers
You didn't really expect me to read that, did you... (That question was rhetorical by the way, if for no other reason than I of course will not have read the answer).
You may be asking a lot from this individual. Anonymous badass tough guys with this online persona are often adolescent one-parent children that in the non cyber world will shy away from adventure, confrontation and especially girls.
Seems odd that shares traded at .012 with two bids higher at .015 and .016.
Oh wow! 1.2¢ a share! Dollarland coming!!!!
GOOFERBALL ... 1st and foremost ... a SCRATCHGOLFER should never have to reply to a confessed GOOFERBALL! But ... since you started the rhetoric and included my dear and precious Mother into your dialogue ... this is my rebuttal:
A logical point is: If you are 79 ... why in the hell would you appoint the upstairs to your Mother, that would logically be close to 100 years of age? Why wouldn't you take your feeble ass upstairs and allow her to have the main floor to safely navigate? Senility issues, jackass?
Secondly, since you are such an authority on a healthy boy's development ... I am certain that, even you, would appreciate the fact that my Mother and I were business partners in a very, very successful public golf operation and ... she would NEVER have slapped me across the face as you implied to "correct many of my self destructive and socially repugnant personality traits." She obviously loved me, respected me and greatly appreciated my contributions to our thriving business! It concerns me that you esteem it "normal" for a Mother to slap her son, right or wrong, across the face. Is that what your Mother did to you during your formative years? Has that contributed to your senility?
Thirdly, I have no need to "hide in the dark and be ready to attack folks" as you imply ... life is good and I have tried to encourage shareholders. I have spoken with Mr. Stern at the company and publicly disclosed any and all tidbits ... after all, I own 2 million, 5,000 shares and truly believe the best is yet to be realized!
Finally, obviously you haven't kept up with the "backstory" between McKvee/Mcvee and myself and LastOne! Let me help keep you abreast of his saga ... LastOne stated that he had encouraged McKvee to sell at breakeven or even a slight profit, yet ... he chose not to! Instead, McKvee posts and literally pukes on the board. Then, recently, he stated IF the stock traded at .018 he was liquidating and using his proceeds for Nvidia. Well, just as with his prior opportunities, he didn't sell ... yet, finds time to post cynical comments that I find offensive ... and, LastOne recently commented a similar sentiment!
To sum this up ... Gooferball or Gooberhead ... mind your own business! Drink your coffee, rock in your rocker, work your crossword puzzles, take your walks and avoid the birds shitting on your feeble mind ... and, watch your nominal investment in ALRTF appreciate! The best is yet to come ... I hope you can remain astute enough to realize it's upward trajectory!
Best to all ... Scratchgolfer0
Check out this guy's post. He likes and approves of his own posts. Go figure...
What kind of person does this (rhtetorical 'question'), the kind that hides in the dark and is ready to attack folks with insults in lieu of sensible points and facts that make an argument. In a healthy boy's develpment, name-calling is no longer part of a child's repertoire of responses once HE reaches middle school (a whole different set of rules for girls). However, on the other hand, nothing wrong with living in your mom's basement -- I'm in my 79th year and nothing I would like more than than my mom being here with us and living upstairs.
I have a feeling you're still young enough to correct many of your self-destructive and socially repugnant personality traits. A slap across the face from your mom would've probably done you a ton of good during your formative years. Good luck...
OK, I am busted! I am deemed a lil crazy and I have ALL of my life savings invested in ALRTF! Matter fact, Chris Farley portrayed my actual life on Saturday Night Live (SNL) ... I *AM* the literal man that lives IN A VAN, DOWN BY THE RIVER! If ALRTF ever evolves ... I can move into the burbs! Now all here know why I am such a huge advocate of ALR Technologies! If you are ever out and need a friend ... you can find me in a van, down by the river! Oh, bring your own fishing pole and bait ... I cannot afford to sponsor you, at this time!
Right, he acts like he has his whole life savings is in alrt and defends them to the death. Company doesn't care about any of us, only as much as legally necessary.
Come on admit it, you're a little crazy. Lol
Don't take everything so damn seriously. We're on the same team.
I need all the help I can get around here. I appreciate scratches long position and positive attitude, but he's a lil' crazy.
Yea, crazy ... "SLY" like a fox ready to hunt! Be careful ... I hunt wisely! Don't worry ... I am ALRTF hunting for a price appreciation first and foremost! Cynical people, like yourself, aren't typically my focus ... however, I have always been cordial and polite to you ... I don't appreciate the "crazy" comment! Pick on a real crazy dumb$zz like McKvee, not me!
YOU sold your entire position @ .018 ... correct? If not, you are a liar! You probably didn't own shares to actually sell! YOU are full of #$%& ... a joke! YOU crave attention ... take a bunch of dollars and go visit a strip club ... "BigShot"
Thanks for replying lastone, glad to see you still check in from time to time. As per usual, I agree with 99% of what you have to share.
"those who are long and still believe in the company don't seem to understand diabetes in humans or animals"
Not sure if you would put me in this camp or not. Doesn't really matter. But, I think you would agree I've been supportive of and enthusiastic about alr technologies for a very long time. Mr. Chan owes me nothing and of course is not obligated to provide updates, but it is not unreasonable to want one before the end of the year. I own a ridiculous # of shares, majority of those purchased on the exchange. I did however buy 600K shares at .05 cents early 2021 when alr technologies offered them. Small potatoes compared to what Mr Chan and his family have invested but that money went directly to the company and I hope helped in some small way.
Alr technolgies put out the timeline below. I appreciated it then and appreciate it now. If manufacturing is the reason for missing those goals, I wish they would simply state that and keep us informed. Delays in manufacturing could be a good thing...would prefer they get it right the first time and have a strong product to sell. Not expecting monthly updates, but end of year doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
Anyway - kind of rambling now. Just wanted to clarify my position on pr's and updates. All the best to you. Please consider posting more often, I need all the help I can get around here. I appreciate scratches long position and positive attitude, but he's a lil' crazy.

human, no. we still have a shot with pets & glu-curve but there's clearly an issue with execution on myriad levels. clearly, also, more going on (or not), behind the scenes... time will tell, i'll go down with the ship if that's our fate.

Human is never happening, they took too long, so many other companies will eat alrt. How can they sell a product when no one's even thinking about them, "let's trust this unknown company with 6 employees over the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world."
I would have characterized it as rather condescending and even smarmy, but since I'm not the type of person that would post such things, I will keep those thoughts to myself.
Just sayin'...
Hi LastOne!
I wanted to say a sincere "Thank You" for taking time out of your day to write and so comprehensibly address any spoken or unspoken concerns that I had! I really enjoyed your perspective and I so agree with your viewpoints! We both have treated this as a long term investment ... I trust we will reap an incredible return, once the company gets their animal and human divisions up and running efficiently. Like yourself, I am pleased Sidney Chan has remained fully invested! Cheers to our mutual success and ... thanks again for your time! Best to you always, Joseph
Hi Scratch, I do not log into ihub much anymore so I just saw your post. Here is my take:
If you objectively look at the situation, the most important piece of data in my opinion is that Mr. Chan and his family own around 90% of the shares and they continue to fund the company without any toxic dilution month after month. Think about what that means, they are paying for salaries, operations, and everything else like the cost to keep the company listed and audited. They would not do this if there was not a clear path to not only recover their investment but to make significant returns. They could just as easy let the company go bankrupt and take it private to save a ton of money. Those facts are more important than any speculation or opinion in my book.
Secondly, I have never come across as many emotional investors in my 20 years of investing as this board contains. The lack of due diligence, research, and understanding of ALRT and the diabetes market is frightening. The people who complain the most understand the least, and even those who are long and still believe in the company don't seem to understand diabetes in humans or animals. I'm not going to get into it again, but the animal health market is genius, there is no competitor in veterinary medicine, the only alternative is a human CGM that has to be purchased from a pharmacy that has software and readings meant for humans making it extremely difficult to use for cats and dogs. The human health market approach is also genius, not only does ALRT have the only clinically proven diabetes management platform but they will undercut Abbott/Dexcom with a low cost CGM.
Lastly, the delays and lack of new releases recently... Based on the previous PRs and the email responses posted it seems very clear there was an issue with the original manufacturer so they redesigned the CGM and switched to a new manufacturer. I'm not a CGM expert but 60 seconds of googling how a CGM works will tell you they are highly specialized medical devices with enzymes, membranes and electrodes and my research shows they are made with custom built robotics so I am not surprised it is taking so long if they are to reach a scale capable of supplying the US and EU as they talk about.
I don't need monthly updates from the company on what is going on with manufacturing or anything else, the slightest bit of common sense tells you they are doing everything they can to hit the market as fast as possible because unlike shareholders who have unrealized gains/losses, the company is spending actual money every month to keep ALRT operational so they are far more motivated than any of us shareholders to become profitable. Insides also hold more shares then any of us so they only make money if we do. To think any shareholder has more invested or wants success more then ALRT and the company insiders do is beyond foolish. If we get news in a month, great. If we get news in a year great. I don't invest money I can't afford to lose and anybody who does should not be investing at all. I have 100% confidence in the future of ALRT regardless of how long it takes.
FYI, if I do not respond in the future it is nothing personal, it is because I do not use ihub anymore since there is no useful information posted. Be careful of the company you keep, that includes online in social media and message boards. I don't associate or even read messages from complainers who wallow in self-pity. They will do nothing but bring you down in life and should be avoided at all costs. Charlie Munger use to say people like that are more dangerous than alcohol and drugs and I wholeheartedly I agree.
Seems more like we're getting strung along. We'll be sitting around a year from now talking about manufacturing problems. Are you kidding me?
I ran a $30+M manufacturing company for my last 11 years before starting up my own consulting firm after retirement. We had manufacturing issues too, but they sure in the hell didn't last for months or years. If I did let manufacturing problems last long, my private equity owners would have exited me from the company faster than you can say "dollarland for ALRT" 🤣
Moreover, I think the problem is that they took too long to get to market and they're having problems finding customers and partners. Other options out there for investors and customers.. most likely better options.
Nobody wants me to be more wrong than me. But frankly, this doesn't look good. Not good at all. GLTUA
I always enjoyed lastones post. Lots of detail, common sense and rational thinking. But, lets be honest, this place is kind of a dumpster fire. It's our dumpster fire and we love it...still a dumpster fire.
Joe Stern has been good about replying to investor relations questions. Lately, its been more of "we will provide updates when we have substantive information to share." I get that and mostly agree.
I do think we deserve an update before the end of the year. They provided a timeline that is much appreciated....would like to know how meeting those goals is going and a basic understanding of any delays.
My ongoing theory is its all manufacturing related. But, that's pure speculation. Hopefully manufacturing picks up, deliveries to Canada increase and we get a relaunch in the States. Any update on human cgm would also be awesome.
Hello LastOne:
I hope this post finds you happy, prosperous and well. I currently own 2 million, 5 thousand shares of ALRTF. Not bragging, just letting you know that I am a serious investor ... that has owned and added shares of ALRTF since 2005. I have reached out to Joe Stern a few times over the past months and his replies were pleasant and relatively brief ... but, upbeat! I am pleased that Sidney Chan has not sold shares ... obviously, his liquidating shares would be alarming! I would appreciate your thoughts regarding the company in a "present" and "future" tense. I am dumbfounded as to WHY we never receive company statements regarding any progress being made behind the scenes. I trust that there is progress and I am not in a "false sense of hope" regarding the company and it's future. I feel you have a better "pulse" on the company and would greatly appreciate and value your input. Thanks Sir!
Kindest regards, Joseph
Nor this is cutting edge, a cgm that last a whole year. https://www.facebook.com/share/GQW1SiXJRyrNdx5n/

Haha, boards been awfully quiet. Nothing to really discuss about, nothing's happening.
I have maybe 10 years to go, i would be happy with 137.00 for all my shares
I agree with you! "Keep the faith!"
Question. So - if they do not have a product to sell. Or the product is trash and not worth anything. Or they have a product but can't get it to market. And it's a dumpster fire and we are all bag holders. Why keep moving forward? Why not shut the website down, fold up the tent, Chan cuts his losses and we all go home? What possible benefit is there to keep going? They can't sell shares in this market.
Has it taken too long? Yes, I think so. But - they are bringing products to market with Chan funding it all. They are not a large deep pocketed Corporation with an endless supply of capital. The website is pretty complete - videos, guides, vet portal, tutorials, study shows "coming soon." Is that all for show and if it is - why? Makes no sense. Now - could they ultimately fail - sure, its possible. I'm just not buying the idea that its over, we are done and all holding a bag.
Still, I like our chances. Would be nice to get an update over the next couple of moves. I'm very interested to know how many Glucurve Pet CGMs they have delivered, what the capabilities are from their manufacturer and what the plan is for re-launch in US market. But - I'm not going to bother customer relations. I'm not buying or selling - waited this long, can wait a bit longer. In the meantime you guys are at least semi entertaining.
Having about 17 years to live, assuming average family age/death by cancer, I’m still hopeful for $137.00/share windfall. GLTA
I hope Joe stern has a backup job, 26k not a lot to pay people with
Can't find an income statement later than 12/31/2023 - where their revenues for the year was $26K. Oh boy.
My guess is that they've haven't shipped "jack" yet this year. This company is a dumpster fire. Nothing but debt, no revenues and a lot of promises. Delayed promises. It's a joke, and the joke is on all of us bag holders.

Current backorder is December. My question is - is this the original roll out delivery that keeps getting pushed back? Or did they already deliver cgm's in Aug, Sept and coming up in Oct and this is current delivery date for new orders.
It's possible they are producing, selling and delivering and production is not keeping up with demand. I'm liking that scenario. It's also possible they have delivered none and initial delivery date keeps getting moved because of production issues.
Yeah. I'd like to hear LastOne's utopian ALRT "Dollarland any day now" pump the company speeches one more time myself, without the personal attacks. This hovering of the stock between 1 and 2¢ with zero trading volume for years is, well, a little disheartening. 🤪
Would like to dump this POS without taking it completely in the shorts.
Hmmm ... I have decided "that YOU are a beautiful human being" ... after the proverbial "smoke" - McKvee / Mcvee - has left the room, and ... I can clearly see! LOL, LOL, LOL ... life is GRAND and visibility is EXCEPTIONAL! Keep on ... keeping on!! FYI ... ALRTF is on the right trading path ... more volume & higher price!! Cheers
Wow, that's the nicest response I have ever gotten from you.
Good morning board! I would appreciate LastOneStanding addressing your concern(s) ... he typically has solid thoughts and offers unique wisdom regarding our patented process relative to diabetic monitoring. How bout it LastOneStanding ... ???
Have a great Sunday board!
This is what happens when you wait 8 years to release anything, Medtronic spends more on pizza parties then alrt spends total.
Just saw a Medtronic ad on Facebook, they have all the features that alrt has, like insulin dose calculation and physician access to data. So basically alrt has nothing proprietary except their formula for dosing, which I'm sure there are many ways to get to the same number.
We have a multi billion dollar company and then alrt who's sold a few hundred cgms a few years ago.

OK McKvee / Mcvee: BID: .018 -- ASK: .02 Ante uP! Sell your measly shares! YOU SAID YOU WOULD SELL! LastOne said you've had the opportunity to sell before @ a profitable number or certainly breakeven and you didn't! So, will you actually be a man of your word and sell at a stated number of .018 that you committed to? It's show time ... SELL & BAIL, see Ya ... LOSER! Don't bump your FAT AZZ going out the back door! BAMMM!
Hmmm ... .018 on the doorstep! That means we'll be losing a shareholder! Adios, bytch! The fun is just beginning!
0 shares traded again today. The interest in this stock and company is amazing!
9/11/01____ we will NEVER forget! "USA" ...
Holy Jerry Springer. I pray they don't change the backorder date again. We need some positivity around this place for a change.
At 78 years old life is much too short for me to harbor emotions like frustration, which is the only cause of anger, which will absolutely use up my vital energy and shorten my already shortened life. Just arrived in West Virginia on Tuesday and have already learned that the life expectancy for men here is 73 years old, my guess is due to Appalachian addiction. This isn't a trial run, at least for me, so I cannot afford emotions that diminish appreciation of life. In any case, all the best to you, even though it's possible to stop being a victim by a simple exercise of will...
Well, at least I'm reassured on one point, that you and I are both still in possession of our senses of humor, if not necessarily our faculties, as it were [smile]...
McKvee / Mcvee: translates IDIOT in English
I just saw a cool product ad on Facebook for diabetes.
