Dart can give you a better explanation but he's looking at the direction of those 3 lines he pointed to...CMF, on balance volume and Accum/Dep lines...going up is good....hog

GatorTrador great question that may someday be answered in the charts interpretations, this is something all chartists are backtesting the indicators for. As of now there is no written proven way to determine this. I do agree with fringe_remnant's conclusion that when CMF- Chaikin Money Flow is negative, and OBV is positive and ACC/Dist-is negative there is a possibility of being imminent dilution. What has to happen is the DD work must be done by checking past , and present Filings by the Co. to the SEC, if there is or has been a filing where the share structure changed then those added shares can be seen by the above indication in the indicators, here is one good site to check on this.

They closed form 504 recently so they cannot dilute til I think July of 2007. I dont trust any CEO's but Wiley is the closest thing to an honest CEO and he stated he doubts he will have to dilute anymore. Contracts and revs look promising and for them to PR moving to the otcbb means they are doing well because in the past they didnt want to spend the money to get on the otcbb. Just my 2 cents.
