As of now there is no written proven way to determine this. I do agree with fringe_remnant's conclusion that when CMF- Chaikin Money Flow is negative, and OBV is positive and ACC/Dist-is negative there is a possibility of being imminent dilution. What has to happen is the DD work must be done by checking past , and present Filings by the Co. to the SEC, if there is or has been a filing where the share structure changed then those added shares can be seen by the above indication in the indicators, here is one good site to check on this. http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/filings.jsp
