The financially sophisticated understand r/s (if there is one at all) has ZERO IMPACT on the dollar value of any investors position.

Owning 10,000 shares at $1 = $10,000

Owning 2,500 shares at $4 = $10,000

It’s the exact same thing.

R/S is an OTC fear tactic lol.
