How could you over pay for something like Krong??? Why does any of this matter now? They will be a full reporting company very soon. We have a new President, we have a divy coming, we are here to make money, are we not? I have made money, haven't you??? I have not sold any shares, but my shares are worth almost twice what I payed for them.

You seem to think people here care about what you have to say, nothing could be farther from the truth. Short timers and flippers are not what this board is about, we hold for the long term. I suggest you find a board for flippers and shorties, they might like your comments.

aren't you really just giving us the reasons why a stock with a projected EPS of $2 is trading at .19? The lack of transparency is built into the pps. Some think it's worth a few bucks at .19 to see if they might be one of the ultra rare pinks that actually proves to be shareholder friendly.

They have set deadlines for themselves now, and we shall all eagerly watch and see if they do what they say. If they come through then we will sing them praises all over the threads, if they do not, we will give them hell. Fair enough?

est: 600M USD, Krong had 2.8M ounces of Gold Reserved

2. Why do you call Dovgan a "gold rocket scientist"? What other successful projects is he associated with? Does anybody have Dovgan's email address so his association can be confirmed?

He Had his own company Dovgan & K and was aquire by AURC
and he was put into President Position on AURC replacing
Viatcheslav Makarov. (he resigned)

3. What are the terms of the deal with NewConsult Ltd? How many shares are to be exchanged for the 10 million?

Sorry no information on that transaction other then 2M cash,
then 10M to 50M for the next 4 Years based on performance.

4. Which Japanese Manufacturer was chosen to provide equipment? How much was paid for the equipment? Was the Japanese company paid in cash or shares?

They were paid cash, since they ordered right after NewConsult gave them 2M Cash. Plus at this time their gold reserves went from 7M ounces to 5M.

Sept 25 2M Cash plus 8M funded, then 5M ounces

Sept 28 Buys equipment from Japan
Added 2 Members to the Board
Lose 1 Member Viatcheslav Makarov, but Gerald Parkin and
Viatcheslav still on Nord Oil Int. Inc. together.

Oct 11 Krong in production and expects 300USD per Year
from all 3 Gold, Silver, and Platinum locations

Nov 29 They have 2.8M ounces in Tailings (est:

Nov 30 They Audit it and find 3.7M USD worth of metals
in Tailings so Dividend look promising
(not sure here, 2.8M X $217 = 60M USD)

Dec 7 They are Making gold and platinum Krong plant
(They always were, it never stopped)
