This is my take: I realize that due to lack of filings and AF's this one is a big casino(risky). I've made the decision that this is not a scam(scams tend to be short lived, several months at the most before collapsing)due to continued developments. If this divy is cash and they announce the hiring of new accounting and or audit firm...LOOK OUT over a buck in a blink. Compare AURC to any producing profitable gold stock and it makes your head hurt from excitement. Some pay as little .08 cents a year in divys and the mkt cap is in the billions on 300-400 million in gold produced. Sales of 300 million per year and 60-90 million profit put the pps at $25-$30 if true. So imo the announcement of audits and financials carry's as much weight as the divy announcement.
I have already summarized that the divy has a specific purpose: that being to substantially increase the mktcap making listing to nasdaq possible in 1st Q of 2007(there's no point going to otcbb if all this is true). It also announces to Wall Street...HELLO!!!
The big decision everyone must make tomorrow is "Do I load-up now...or play it safe and wait until the ball has already gone over the fence(in which pps will double or triple while you franticly try to load up with 400 others that played it safe)" but I already decided its not a scam so it must be true...LOL
Now I'm hoping for all this to come together(after I finish getting loaded-up Monday) this week. I'm long 85,000 shares and will double-up by 10am tomorrow. This one is like another stock I own(pgnf) you have to be patient and wait for things to develop or you'll never make a dime in pennyland.
What do you guys think? Does that sound plausible?
