Help me to understand the news:

I own the New Heart company and
I decide to sell it:
the deal is that I receive not money but shares
of another company the Stevia Nutra Corp (Otc Pink STNT)
that actually quoted 14$ per share.
It means that, having 2.250.000 shares for the sales
I now own 35M $ in STNT shares.

That now already dumped at 9,5$ per share:

In 2019 they did a merge, now they have 6.000 acres of hemp:

They looked like FDA approved, but I can't see for what..

At the end, now quotes 9 dollars but in 2019 STNT faced a R/S.
