Add to that list a refusal of the board to include Scott Drees at the auction- as his bid may have been superior.

Literally ONE patent on one paddle was worth $500k, I know this for a fact. So how could everything including a $40+ million a year revenue generator be sold for $2 million, WITH $10 million still in cash??!?!
