Completely agree! Perhaps I need to reach out to my contact at the DOJ again and have a long discussion with him about all of the questionable things surrounding this BR proceeding, asset sale, sale price released early and the $35 million prepayment to the bankers. What do you all think?

Is it time for all of us Common Stockholders to get a law firm to start a Class Action lawsuit? I think it may be time. We need to act fast!
