I agree completely, the main focus here should be current market cap vs audited financials / fundamentals

Even if they are playing the end of dilution. They obviously haven't run the numbers from the filings or they would know how close we must be in terms of total shares. Company already said there is a 6 month lockup period on the shares other than those for the 2.5 mil note. People always mess it up at the end tho. More shares for us
