I think you're missing Rockets point, which is simply to tell FUNNs story in a professional and honest way in order to attract investors and get the stock price up. That way they can raise more money with fewer shares to fuel expansion. Thats the real win win. Your theory that a lower stock price is a good thing so investors can accumulate neglects the reality of the marketplace. You may have a zillion shares but if the company goes bankrupt because they dilute shares into eternity, your shares are worth zippo. Like Rocket said, thats public markets 101.
