I’m sure that a LOT is going on “behind the scenes” there at the SEC.

They are acutely aware that letting DBMM off the hook after so many years of INTENTIONALLY not filing is the wrong thing to do.

It will make their job to keep OTHER companies compliant almost impossible.

If they let DBMM get away with intentionally not filing for ALMOST THREE YEARS? THEN letting them file to avoid revocation?

It’ll open the door for ANY company to file WHENEVER they WANT TO. Basically free reign to thumb their noses at the SEC.

This is why the SEC won’t let DBMM away with it.
