1. DBMM INTENTIONALLY shirked their filing responsibilities

2. Foelak called DBMM COMPLIANT, when the facts plainly show that the Div of Corp Finance CONTINUES to say that they ARE NOT.

Once the ACTUAL FACTS are posted, it’s plain that the Board of Commissioners will have no choice but to revoke DBMM’s stock.
