I thought this post of mine was excellent and am sure the concept has been posted before. missling is very conservative. You need a real loudmouth assertive CEO who is not afraid of professional rebuke to interest Seniors in AARP or other massively powerful groups for older people to sue the FDA.

It would get headlines.

It would raise awareness.

The President has countless times talked about what a great job his administration did by passing these Last Chance experimental drugs...

In other words, THE FRAMEWORK IS NOW IN PLACE....nobody is paying attention. Enlarge the little crack for alz patients.

How do you get on the list, because Alz is deadly disease affecting tens of millions globally who might die while the drug is vetted.

And you might hit the lotto. I dont see why people should not be able to take 273 with huge label warning, THIS STUFF MAY NOT WORK, IT HAS NOT BEEN VALIDATED, AND IS STILL IN TESTING.....

and get some special license to sell it until the testing is validated or not. People have nothing to lose except raised hopes. That is not a big deal, all of go through life experiencing this but the upside is unreal.
In 2 years or 3 years 273 is declared effective and the stock goes to the mooon, but I would say, look at the 5 million people who have died in the meantime. I would fire the government monkeys and DC Rats who did not permit this shot at life.

There are many diseases where FDA has low standards for passage of the drug where the only alternative is death.

Missling is not the kind of guy to do this action. He needs to hire a loudmouth pusher ALZ activist whose only job is to get this on the presidents desk. One tweet would do the trick. He needs a fanatic partisan for Alz patients, and hire a real trial lawyer (perhaps AARP has one whose parents were killed by ALZ? I would think yes) and sue in federal court and get AARP to get behind it...
