Always IF. IF Offor and friends own 100% of the shares. IF that was true, why hasn't he taken the company private?
I prefer facts:
1) The largest shareholder according to SEC filings is a Mr. Dickran who owns about 13% of erhe shares.
2) No one else owns even half that much because there are no other 10% filers and no 5% filers
3) A small group which includes Mr. Dickran claims to own over 50% of the shares
4) There is absolutely nothing to substantiate claims that Offor and friends own all the shares, half the shares, or even more than 5% of the shares.
The facts are consistent with a share price of $.0003.
The IF's exist in the same state of reality as multiple 1 cent dividends on the way.
