IF is the first word in ANY sentence involving speculation.

This is a speculative stock.

Furthermore, you say you like to deal in "facts" but I think what you mean to say it's that you like to deal in published facts.

But just because something is not published or backed up by some sort of document does not mean the fact does not exist.

When lovemelongtime discloses he has the shares he does or that sneak discloses his estate now has 300 million shares... they are NOT lying.

And honestly, I'm just now learning whether a 13d or 13g really needs to be filed if shares are in street name or if someone is not a beneficial owner... there are a lot of parameters.

Is there a link, a video, a witness?

But it happened and it's a fact.

Just because it's not documented doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Certainly Offor and friends could take the company private...

...but it would be easier to sell the entire company to Total if it were public. That way shorts would could more easily deliver the shorted shares.
