Though I could be wrong, there is something that is going on that NWBO requires a shareholder vote but does not want to make public yet.

I think there’ll be a room full of nervous retailers unwilling to confront leadership. They’ll hang on to every nebulous word out of Powers mouth and later in the day, post here about stuff they heard that they think might be the “Interesting” part.
