Call Schwabe they will tell you they can not short HENC for you only IBB does that o9ut of the US and I posted the rules. That is why shorting penny stocks is a myth. I used to handle investments for a living and retired in the late 1980's young. I have a friend that owns a couple of brokerage offices here in CA so I know the SEC and Finra rules and get upset when I read the shorting penny stocks crap on these boards. Go back to my post, type in HENC at the Finra site and you will get the numbers I posted. Behind every single MM is a physical buyer or seller thy can not show up without orders!

What you fail to tell people is that the people who run various negative Boards here and elsewhere are most likely employed by the MM's and other entities that CAN AND DO SHORT PENNY STOCKS!
