Who knows? Did they buy more patents from someone? They haven't been doing any R&D, they say.

No...it was a one off that apparently was not studied enough. The USPTO site has everything concerning such. They are not hijacking squat....never did. They saw an opportunity...and it is failing them. They should have sat on the USD2 Million plus and thought it out more. It's on them ...and they are failing at cash burn..et al.
