I think you will see fairly soon why they don't answer you now even though it has not been soon enough to our liking. I'm just more willing than you to watch it play out a little longer.

As far as longevity and response in general, I think NWBO already has a clue from their Direct trial. If they can determine who will respond to Direct based on DC characteristics then they should also know by now who will respond to L. Dr. Linda Liau may not be privy to all that NWBO knows in this regard. Hope you can make it to the ASM when it gets scheduled. Best wishes.

How do you know that Liau for example is opposed to what NWBO is doing?

It is possible that she's interested in the success of the very thing that limits her other interests.

It's called reality principle and it's what grown ups use to determin what they want. Just going ahead with wishing and liking without relativizing and taking some realities into account is what children do.

It would be poor and reckless critical thinking.

We all wanted this trial unblinded previously, and probably have all wanted this trial unblinded every day since.
Because one wants something to happen right away, it doesn't mean it is necessarily the right thing to do.

Dr Ashkan knew this and was careful to state (in the same ASCO presentation) that the data must be allowed to mature before unblinding.
Why do you never mention this?

He has never publically stated (to my knowledge) that the trial should be immediately unblinded, or demanded that it should be.

He is not a statistician either by the way.

You have made dozens of references regarding what you believe Dr Ashkan 'wants', but you never refer to the totality of what he said in that presentation, where he was careful to clearly state that the data must be allowed to mature.
