The ASM has been pushed out for several years in my opinion as a strategic move towards a planned shorter, tighter and hard hitting news cycle leading up to approval. There are multiple hints that this will happen. Even you have said that NWBO runs on it's own time line so this delay in the ASM should not come as a big surprise. The draft SAP is done which means there has been a probable comment period of at least 60 days once that was done. The combo trial is up and running. The Direct Phase 1 safety trial results are almost 6 years old for a few patients. L trial data is essentially set in stone for 5 years. The data from the pseudo patient trial is also very mature but won't be mentioned much unless it gets added into Phase 3 data and that was set to happen only if PFS was statistically significant so mum's the word until that is verified. Commercial scale up is ready to happen in the US and should be ready by year end in the UK. Lot's of news that many folks are not aware of and assuming top line and an abstract or other presentation is in the works the ASM should have some substance this time around. In just over 3 weeks any investor can ask a judge in the right juristiction to set a date for an ASM and force the company to hold one. Linda knows this and she likes things done on her terms.
