...Feb. 7, 2020 Application for final Decree and Closing Estate of Aegean Bunkering
...What I find interesting on this Application is that it includes U.S. Bank and Deutsche Bank among other Creditors. So I'am wondering where this puts us (Class B LTU's) in the Litigation Trust process, if the Creditors have been paid. How soon is it possible that we Class B LTU's could be on the receiving end of this Claims process ?
