Miners: We are getting quite oversold on the Xau daily..near a point of past reversals and it is time to start adding to positions imo. Can't rule out a bit more downside but this is shaping up well so far.

I may have been overly negative on gold.

I momentarily forgot that the many of the old rules (such as the stocks leading bullion) no longer work or work only on occassion.

I remain EXTREMELY bullish longer-term.

Did I understand correctly, around here is a buy on gold? xau<140, hui a few percents above C's 310? Or has something significant changed? The two indices appear to wiggle around in complete harmony of wiggle shapes, but diverge seriously anyway, over various periods. Why is that?
