Burlend is smart and competent and he has made huge contributions to VirTra over many years. I personally have no issue with him as an employee. I just think it is time for him to resign from the BOD, not because of issues but because he and the CEO vote and believe the same on everything. CEO needs outside expert help and guidance. No benefit from listening to a direct report employee.
