Respectfully, you have your thoughts and I have my thoughts and so do many others. I disagree with the thoughts you have shared. I believe that PNNX is not a pump and dump. You have not provided any proof of such. Also, you keep making these promoter claims. Please, provide your proof of the promoters that are here.

The information from that website you provided had some valid things that needed to be address or fixed and based on what has been indicated, they are in the process of waiting for the names to simply be reflected correctly at the PA SOS. It's actually nothing major since knowing that it was done and nothing more can be done by the company except to wait and see if the changes take place as stated to show the change of management as was explained within the posts below:

The lawsuit with Candito has no bearing on PNNX as he is neither not an Officer nor Director here with PNNX. Still, the verdict is not out just yet for the outcome of that situation. Again, that situation has zero bearing here with PNNX.

As for the PNNX CEO (Vincent Risalvato), I have the utmost confidence in him and his resume and that he will deliver the substance to graduate PNNX to tremendous growth:
