That's how pump and dumps work.
The shares come from insiders, promoters or others. People with a big position. It's obviously not coming from the typical retail investor on message boards.
While many people claim to be buying, here's basic economics: when the price of something falls 65% in a couple of days, the sellers are more eager to get out than the buyers are to get in. The price is plummeting because the sellers are more convinced this company is probably a fraud, than the buyers are convinced that this company might be legit.
My personal opinion based on what I'm reading online: this stock goes to basically $0. Not $0 exactly, because the people behind the pump and dump will come up with more press releases and stories, so long as they still have stock to sell to you and so long at they are free to do so. This stock can still fall 99% from here and be overvalued.
