the word INEVITABLE
& COMM should BUY US OUT
seemingly the 13 have brought on board just about every professional to try & thwart this suit
unless there are more exits points than "settle or trial".. .then
(humility & defeat are big pills to swallow, especially for top administrators to billion dollar companies)
plus their reputations are paramount, they would rather have company losses than admit loss/defeat
the character traits that got them to the top (overconfident, resolute, defiant, driven, etc) will be the ones that will aid & abet their downfall

All-time high, higher, of course.
Just about every other stock on the planet hitting new highs.
COMM should buy us out and increase their shareholder value, but, instead, they blamed Bruce, the scapegoat.
Maybe they should hire every lawyer on the planet to delay the inevitable.
